Shane Rowley

Chief and President

Mr. Crupi is the Chief Executive Officer of Triton Security. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Triton executive team and guiding the company’s strategic direction while ensuring operational effectiveness.

October 2008 – Present (8 years 2 months)
  • Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.
  • Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
  • Advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions.
  • Generated new development deals for a real estate development company that focuses on multi-family residential projects, including real-estate market analysis.
  •  Comprehensive database management and migration from SQL to Oracle.
  • Instruction on workstation setup for prevention of eyestrain, repetitive strain injuries, and back pain. Give onsite and offsite classes.
July 2008 – Present (8 years 5 months) Currently hold the position of President over all daily operations and divisions within the company. Position includes A/R, payroll, loss prevention, and marketing divisions. As President I also ensure all agents and officers within the company are utilized to the best of their ability to benefit the company and give the best service to all clients of Triton Security Inc.

David Crupi

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Crupi is the Chief Executive Officer of Triton Security. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Triton executive team and guiding the company’s strategic direction while ensuring operational effectiveness.

In 1997 Mr. David Crupi founded National Facility Services with the idea of building a National company that provides the highest quality service while building successful trade partnerships. In the first twelve months Mr. Crupi began building upon these partnerships which included Retail stores, Schools, Hospitals and Malls. With the company growth on the rise, Mr. Crupi opened his services to the hospitality industry. His first Hotel client was the renowned Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida. After a seamless start up at such a prestigious and demanding property, David’s reputation as an elite and trustworthy provider of services began to precede him and the company growth skyrocketed. In 2000 he secured his first Casino contract, Seminole Indian Casino of Coconut Creek and continued to grow into a National company with great trade partners with some of the largest, most famous brands in both the Hospitality and the Gaming industries.

Rick Miller

Acquisitions and Strategic Planning

Rick Miller, has nearly 30 years of Hospitality and Gaming Experience at the highest level. Mr. Miller’s responsibilities/endeavors include the asset protection of several of the most famous and demanding multi-million dollar complex facilities in the US. Under his watch, Rick has produced safe and secure environments for millions of families and team members at some of the world’s finest 4 diamond resorts. His expertise and experience includes; Resort Security Management, Event Security Management, and Risk Prevention in the Hospitality industry.

Bram Bottfeld (Mr. B)

Security Consultant (Florida office)

Well regarded for his expertise in both physical and event security, Mr. Bottfeld has spent the last 35 years in every facet of security operations imaginable. Mr. B, as he is affectionately referred to by many of his staff has served as Director of Security for the Bank Atlantic Center Arena (now the BB&T Center), as uniform security coordinator for two Democratic National Conventions, security consultant to numerous trade show organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. B has been an instructor on security and emergency management for the Academy of Venue Safety and Security. Serving as crowd control and security Director for the Miami Dolphin home games from 1980-1985 and Director of Security for more than 4000 conventions and trade shows throughout his career. His licensing includes security manager, security instructor, private investigator and security agent. His certifications include safety specialist and crowd control manager. Director, Investigator, Instructor and Author are amongst a few of the titles held by Mr. Bottfeld. Mr. B has been commended in appreciation of service by the FBI. His work has been noted and used as an example by The Dept. of Homeland Security protective service advisors.

Hank Clackum

Director of Recruitment

As and 8 year combat veteran of the U.S. Army, Hank is one who prides himself on his professionalism. Goal driven and eager to learn, he is one that continues to exceed expectations. In his tenure with Triton Security, Hank has used his skills obtained from both his military and law enforcement background to shine here at Triton. Now serving as the Director of Recruitment for our organization, Hank handles all matters pertaining to recruiting in the West inclusive of hiring events, orientations, interviews, promotional events, properties, and developing further relationships with our military counterparts to assist our armed forces personnel in finding jobs again here at home.

Jonathan Chance

Lt. Colonel & Scheduling

Jonathan Chance is one of stars that shines brightly at Triton Security. A leader who sets examples by doing and not just saying,  Jonathan is tireless in his efforts to assist in making Triton Security the premiere guard agency in Las Vegas. Primarily having been  involved in the construction industry for the earlier part of his career, Jonathan found an interest in security. Demonstrating a  proficiency in account management and operations, Jonathan rose steadily through the ranks to attain the position of Operations  manager where he selects, trains and assigns all personnel of the agency. Little does not go by him without close scrutiny and confirmation. Good management, good ethics and a willingness to get the job done always makes Jonathan a great team member.

Jenna Andolina

Captain Quality Control

Captain Jenna Andolina serves as both quality control agent and field supervisor for Triton. This experienced security agent came to Triton several years ago and rose from security officer to site supervisor and now to her current rank. Thus demonstrating promotion from within can be earned when you work towards a goal. Jenna is a focused and straightforward supervisor who is constantly striving to improve the operation. Her years in the customer service industry make her a key ingredient in the success of Triton Security in Las Vegas.
